Who is eligible for the drawing?
Any homeowner or renter in our service area with windows that need better coverage. We prioritize lower-income households and homes still covered with newspaper, sheets, or worn-out shades.
Does entering cost me anything?
No. There is no fee to enter, and selected households pay nothing at all for measuring, materials, or installation.
How are households selected?
Our team reviews every application and selects households based on need, the number of windows, and how quickly a complete installation can be scheduled.
How will I be contacted if I am selected?
We call the phone number you provide and follow up by email. Please keep your contact details up to date so we can reach you.
Can I apply if I signed up somewhere else on the site?
